Meeting Called to Order by President Cutts, 10:85 a.m.

Roll Call: Associations represented: Tupelo, Escarosa, Ridge, N. Escambia, Central Florida.

Rehash of some issues discussed at the general business meeting of the Association that concluded just prior.

Invitation of the Northeast Honey Bee Assn. to help with arrangements for 2005 meeting in St.Augustine area discussed. No date has been set; must be set in conjunction with other meetings that might occur at the same time, Georgia, South Carolina.

Motion to adjourn by David Westervelt (seconded by Doc Bullard). Passed. Meeting adjourned 12:46 p.m.
